Grim ripening
According to Der Spiegel the Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg will lose his power of veto in an attempt to stop a law legalising euthanasia.The Luxembourg prime minister, Jean-Claude Junker will propose an amendment to the constitution in order to prevent the Catholic Duke from exercising his powers.
Quoting:
"I understand the Grand Duke's problems of conscience," said Juncker, "but I believe that if the parliament votes in a law, it must be brought into force."
